NW Property Maintenance Inc. was founded in 2020 by Chris Holthenrichs out of Lake Stevens, Washington. With over 15 years of hands-on experience in property maintenance, landscaping, and outdoor services, Chris set out to build a company rooted in quality workmanship, honest communication, and genuine care for every property.
What started as a one-man operation quickly grew through word of mouth and a commitment to doing things right the first time. Today, NW Property Maintenance is a team of seven dedicated professionals serving hundreds of residential and commercial clients across Snohomish, King, and Skagit counties.
The Story Behind the Work
Chris grew up working outdoors. From a young age, he was hands-on with landscaping, property maintenance, and all kinds of physical labor. That work ethic carried him through over 15 years in the industry before he made the leap to start his own company in 2020.
The early days were simple — Chris, his truck, and a commitment to showing up on time and doing the job better than anyone else. Clients noticed. Referrals followed. Within a few years, NW Property Maintenance expanded from lawn care into a full-service operation offering seasonal cleanups, pressure washing, roof and gutter cleaning, property clearing, excavation, and grading.
Today, the company maintains a 4.9-star rating across 121 Google reviews, holds a perfect 5.0 on Angi, and serves a growing roster of loyal homeowners, apartment complexes, condos, retail spaces, and commercial properties.
